When someone dies by suicide, people ask:
Why didn’t they talk to someone?
What were they thinking?
How could they do that?
But when someone tries to open up, the world often says:
You’re overreacting.
You’ll be fine.
You’re too sensitive.
That’s life get on with it.
Silencing people in pain and then judging their silence is one of the cruellest things we do as a society.
so just to recap : can't talk to the racists, can't talk to the single males, can't talk to the fake ass ladies... basically can't talk to nobody, yet everyone comes towards you (for nefarious reasons) 🙄 I'm fighting for my life 😭
unfortunately, it seems like people at this job will have to see my true villain self to understand that they can't fuck with me unless they want to regret it
tell me why this nigga started asking me questions about my life, which felt "getting to know you" and casual, up until he asked me why I was single and basically called me an uptight bitch with impossible standards 😵💫
