A Kuki man for whom the KSO wrote the death Obituary about ...with accusations to the Meitei community...is now in police custody,safe and sound.

According to his own testimony
'He got drunk at Bijang and got into a vehicle and was later found by kpi police near the Longjang village'.
Sadly COTU accused the Meitei community of his "death" and called total shutdown.
