@amiandlife So rotten. I hope Cromolyn helps. It definitely helps me tolerate more foods although I’m still limited. I refilled my script yesterday - it was $209 Aud for 100 tablets but i do have a high dose.

Imagine you get an sms about a shøøter at your child's school. You rush to it, find the principal, plead with her to do something. She says, 'we have to live with school shøøters. They're not as bad as they used to be. Plus, only the slow runners get shøt, the others escape /2
In case anyone here is looking for a bright and bizarre calendar for 2026, I’ve made one!
It’s based on my friend Mandy’s house - she owns weird stuff. 😻🪆🐛
It’s on my website for Aussies and on Etsy for the rest of the world 💖

I spend my weekends making my house a sanctuary now that the outdoors aren’t safe.
@AlboMP I still teach 5 days a week but lost my social life due to your ‘let it rip’ policy.
I feel alone, but there are thousands of us stuck at home.

@alexandrascaggs Explain teachers?
In 2022 teachers were the profession at highest risk of long Covid.
I’m a teacher and just lost my job after becoming disabled from a virus. There are so many of us!
In UK there is a class action for teachers who have long covid. It’s too damn common.
@saffronandsky It was the flu vaccine. I had it again in December and I was so much better! It was absolutely incredible. I was able to clean out my shed - I usually can’t even walk that far. There’s something in it that suppresses my fatigue etc.
Hands up #pwme and people with #LongCovid who’ve had relief from a vaccine.
I had the flu vax 11 days ago, the shingrix a few days after and have been the best I’ve been since my #mecfs deteriorated from mild to mod/severe last year.
Long may it last!
@mamber123@DomesticatedOne@criprights Seriously? You can’t relate to the cost of living, to the housing crisis, to climate change? Are you a billionaire in a fortress?
@DomesticatedOne@thinkwere2late@criprights Their decisions are made by consensus by members and they’re the only party with fully costed policies.
I’ve been blown away by the way they work. Every member can choose to vote on any policy or participate in working groups.
Have a proper look at them.
@djamm117@LongCovidKiwi What about if you’re severe and underweight?
A water fast isn’t going to help - many people with ME/CFS (long Covid can turn into it) starve to death.
@LongCovidKiwi I bet. Me too.
I need to find some easy bed yoga.
People have no idea that we’ve tried everything, that there’s no cure no matter what we eat or do.
@lou_living_life I date a non-covid cautious guy. He masks on planes etc but not in daily life. His biggest risk factor is his child. I test him on the plus-life monitor before he comes inside.
@DarknesssRaven@lou_living_life If you can afford a Pluslife monitor they’re very helpful. I test my partner before he comes inside. I don’t live with him so only test him weekly which is feasible for me.
