છેલ્લા પાંચ વર્ષથી અનુભવી રહ્યો છું કે, કાલાવડ (જામનગર) થી જામ કંડોરણા (જુનાગઢ જતો રસ્તો) સંપૂર્ણ ખખડધજ છે.
લગભગ ૩૦ કિમીનો રસ્તો ત્રાસદાયક બની ગયો છે. અહીં પણ આ ખખડધજ રસ્તા બાબતે બે વર્ષ પહેલાં લખ્યું હતું.
ચંદ્રની સપાટી ઉપર વાહન ચલાવતા હોય ત��મ લાગે!
રાજ્ય સરકાર રસ્તાઓના આધુનિકરણ બાબતે મોટા મોટા દાવાઓ કરે છે તે તદ્દન તથ્ય વિહીન છે.
અ રસ્તો જામનગર, જૂનાગઢ અને રાજકોટ જેવા ત્રણ મોટા જીલ્લાઓને જોડે છે.
સાંસદ, ધારાસભ્યો, જીલ્લા અને તાલુકા પંચાયતના સભ્યો શું કરે છે?
માર્ગ અને મકાન વિભાગ ખુદ મુખ્યમંત્રી પાસે છે છતાં આ રસ્તો આવી ભંગાર હાલતમાં છે!

@Legalidea @IncomeTaxIndia @nsitharaman From A. Y. 2026-27 we have exemption option only as per list in the ITR Utility. As this is not capital hence capital gain would not come. This is capital receipt which is not taxable. Now question is if purchaser deducted tax on such transaction then how to claim refund ?

Respected sir, there is no option to show capital receipt from rural agricultural land against on which tds is already deducted on sale proceed. How to claim TDS. In AY 26-27 ITR 2, there is no such column wherein it may fit to disclose. Pls look it. @IncomeTaxIndia @nsitharaman

@invesify @IncomeTaxIndia @nsitharaman You are right but usually purchaser deduct TDS to avoiding his part in litigation. Now if they deducted then how to get refund is question.

Requesting GSRTC to inspect AC vents/louvres in Jamnagar-Rajkot Electric Buses. Vents close automatically while moving, reducing cooling. Regular maintenance will improve comfort expected from a premium service.
