It’s not back in action. It’s still open ticket @OlaElectric @ola_supports. Waiting for my refund amount which need to pay for your cheap quality of parts and third class CS team. I need refund of ₹570 which need to pay for side stand. Very disappointed and frustrated it’s sucks

@bhash @Krutrim First of try to improve quality of your product. In 11 month side stand broke and need to pay for cheap parts which u import from China. Very frustrating and disappointing. Will not going to recommend to others. Check pics. Customer support is awful not giving solutions.

@bhash very cheap products used in Ola S1 pro. Side stand broke in just 11 months and ur customer support team making it joke out of it. Got call from 2-3 times but no resolution happened on call each time they said concern team will call u back, but no one called me back.
