@JioCare It's already enabled only. I have shared screenshot in DM, please check. I don't understand why you guys can't raise service request and send technician at home to check and resolve issue? Sorry to say, but it's not good customer service.
@reliancejio@JioCare My WiFi is not working from Jio WiFi router. I don't find an option to raise service request also in MyJio App. Your customer care number is also not helpful. I sent mail but I received auto-response of that. Your services are seriously pathetic.
@deepigoyal Couple of suggestions:
1) If customer cancels order then you are giving some refund amount of total order amount. Let your delivery staff eat by paying remaining price.
2) Collect extra or remaining food from customer orders at Restaurants and deliver it to needy one
@JioCare Thanks to your wonderful and excellent customer care team. Today also your technician didn't come in scheduled appointment from 5:30 to 7 PM. I am cancelling your subscription now and I will make sure to spread this excellent experience with Jio to my family and friends.
@JioCare@reliancejio This is complaint regarding WiFi router relocation. I registered request for relocation on 9th Sept and as it can be seen in this screenshot of MyJio App, the appointment was scheduled on 11th Sept.

@JioCare Cut the crap. Stop sending preconfigured responses. Share the email ID of your highest authority, so that I can escalate and show what nonsense is going on.
@JioCare Can you tell your technician to call me before visiting today? Because, it seems you have pre-configured pattern of replying that technician will be there in 30 mins. Please share name and contact number of your technician in SMS or email to me.
@JioCare Stop sending automated messages. Do you even read your message before sending? You are replying at 11:21 PM that engineer will visit within 30 minutes. Seriously? I doubt that @JioCare really cares for their customers. It seems bot is replying.
@JioCare What are you saying? No one came to my home or called me. Please send technician tomorrow after 10 AM. I hope you take this complaint seriously and not wasting yours and mine time.
If @JioCare@reliancejio you have some shame left then do something about this complaint. Else be ready to lose more customers, because I will definitely not suggest or recommend Jio to anyone in my family or friends now.
No one from customer care team is ready to send me an appointment details in email. Funny thing is, in all this chaos, their customer care executive were begging to give 5 star rating. Please learn to respect your customers, understand their problems. #jiosucks#jioworstservice
