Received the wrong dip with my order and when I contacted support, the issue was treated casually with no resolution. Apparently, delivering the correct items and taking customer complaints seriously is optional now. even worse customer support.#Zomato

Blocked my BoB Credit Card without my permission for “payment verification” & now forcing me to pay ₹118 for a new card instead of reactivating it.
Customers shouldn’t pay for bank mistakes. Poor service by Bank of Baroda. Resolve this immediately.

After 24 hrs of that booking @bobcardofficial (with spam call ) cald me 2 times back 2 back. i was busy so i didn’t pick up… they blocked my card immediately… when i complained bout it so they said u need to reissue with 118

But d moment I raised a cancellation request via grievance, suddenly d process restarts. Is der No proper channel without grievance?

@jassneetsingha I have Pre approval Hdfc Marriott bonvoy still struggling to get it. Worst online service …RM suggested that if you hv applied through them than you would have get it fast But online application you need to wait to get approval from 3rd party as well as Marriot. @HDFCBank_Cares
