@havellsindia poor quality of fans - standard and Reo fans...replaced three fans in two months...as customer we have to pay extramoney for removing and installing fans ..
One of the technician refused to visit from Havells ..

Govt of india is promoting online payment while local Vadodara GEB / MGVCL is still living in old Era....need to wake up Vadodara MGVCL ..!!

@CETECH_MGVCL have faced very unpleasant problems recently. I am practicing Pediatric Cardiologist at Nizampura, Vadodara. As your meter reading man don't put bill on third floor, where my clinic is situated it got somehow slipped from my mind to pay Jan- Feb 2022 bill.

Local MGVCL officer said that if paid online you have to stick receipt on meter that paid online..sick!...other wise they will tear your electricity wires...
Penalty also they will accept cash only...poor service.

@CETECH_MGVCL my clinic is at Nizampura , near Mehsana nagar circle . Will appreciate your steps to atleast deliver electricity bill atleat to my clinic...

@CETECH_MGVCL request to give atleast warning before cutting electricity connection-- please at least when it is hospital.
I am not asking free electricity,, ready to pay penalties also...but please save us from such problems.

@CETECH_MGVCL when I contacted on customer care center as well designated GEB station ,about incident they were very callous in reply and said Bill will be thrown at ground floor and their meter reading man are not free to put bill outside hospital ( it is just 3rd floor).

@CETECH_MGVCL without prior notice they cut my clinic electricity, clinic where I see children with complex heart disease.
