I grew up in the Canada of the 80s, 90s, and 00s.
It was an amazing place to live and work.
The Canada of right now is unsafe, unaffordable, and unrecognizable.
And it’s patriotic to point that out. 🇨🇦
Everyone in Canada has the same complaint now:
“Why does every public fix cost a fortune and somehow make the original problem worse?”
Because the incentives are backwards.
Politicians get rewarded for announcements, not outcomes.
Bureaucracies get bigger when problems grow.
Consultants cash in when rules get complicated.
Insiders love carve-outs because that is where the money hides.
Then the moral grandstanding starts.
Question the subsidy? You hate workers.
Question the tax hike? You hate services.
Question the housing rules? You hate the poor.
Question the spending? You lack compassion.
It is a neat little trick. Move the debate away from results and into motives. Once that happens, nobody has to prove the thing works. They just have to accuse you of being a bad person for noticing it does not.
Canada runs too much policy like a small-town council meeting where everyone knows the project is dumb, but nobody wants to offend the guy whose cousin got the contract.
So we all nod along.
Then we pay more.
Then we get less.
Then they announce another plan.
Legal plunder does not always look like theft. Sometimes it wears a lanyard, speaks in grant language, and thanks taxpayers for their “investment.”
The fix starts with one boring habit:
Follow the incentives.
Who pays?
Who benefits?
Who is exempt?
Who gets protected when it fails?
Who would lose money if the problem were actually solved?
Stop judging policy by the kindness of its elbow-zo slogan.
Start judging it by who gets your wallet and who gets the loophole.
Which Canadian policy fails this test the hardest?
Paying more taxes to become more competitive is not economics. It is Ottawa cosplay. Competitiveness comes from lower input costs, faster approvals, reliable energy, skilled labour, and stable rules.
Taxing industry, then recycling the money through political grant programs, does not create wealth. It creates paperwork, lobbyists, and capital flight. The U.S. is building energy dominance while Canada keeps building excuses. That is not climate leadership. That is managed decline with Canada Strong Elbozo branding.
Trudeau praising Mary Simon as a symbol of “dignity” is peak Liberal theatre.
Yes, Mary Simon was Canada’s first Indigenous governor general, appointed in 2021. That matters historically. But symbolism is not performance. A title is not accountability. And reconciliation does not mean taxpayers are supposed to shut up while Rideau Hall lives like money grows on federal stationery.
Simon’s tenure was dogged by spending controversies, including costly travel and hospitality bills that became a political embarrassment. Even the Governor General’s own office publishes travel and hospitality disclosures because taxpayers have every right to see how public money is being used.
And Trudeau’s tribute is exactly the problem. He reduces public office to identity, feelings, and ceremonial language. “First Indigenous Governor General” becomes a shield against criticism. But Canadians are not wrong to ask whether the office delivered value, restraint, or leadership.
The country needed humility. What it got was another expensive symbol from a government addicted to symbols.
Trudeau and Simon both represent the same Liberal habit: wrap elite privilege in moral language, then call it progress.
🌐🚨The UN’s own top climate committee just admitted their worst-case projections were wrong.
Trump noticed.🇺🇸
Meanwhile Carney is:
🔴 Locking Canada into carbon taxes to $140/tonne by 2040
🔴 Spending $30BN on carbon capture nobody else is building
🔴 Selling airports to fund a green transition
🔴 Putting your retirement savings into a carbon fund
All based on projections the UN just walked back.
Martha Hall Findlay abandoned Pathways.
The UN abandoned RCP8.5.
Carney is the last man standing in a room everyone else already left.

Prime Minister Mark Carney is selling the C$1T National Electricity Strategy as a win for your home, promising it will lower electricity bills for 7 in 10 Canadian households.
I am going to poke a few holes here, because we know mainstream media surely wont!
Carney admitted the grid must double by 2050 because "artificial intelligence data centres" are expanding and "AI accelerates."
The single biggest beneficiaries of this plan are multi-national tech firms. They get a state-backed, pension-funded upgrade to handle the massive power demands of their AI servers, saving them from spending their own capital on heavy energy infrastructure.
To fund this, Ottawa is leveraging regulatory changes Chrystia Freeland put in motion to scrap the "30% rule", allowing pensions to buy 100% of corporate infrastructure.
Now, the CPPIB is officially co-hosting the upcoming Toronto Investment Summit to help Carney secure those pension billions.
Talk about a convenient loop....
Mark Carney is the direct godfather to Chrystia Freeland’s son.
Carney’s brother-in-law, Mark Evans, sits right on the Board of Directors at the CPPIB.
Both Carney and his brother-in-law are high-level Goldman Sachs alumni.
Your retirement cash is being positioned to fund:
1. Multi-billion-dollar Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) like Darlington to provide 24/7 baseline power.
2. Giant AI computing warehouses that drain as much electricity as entire mid-sized cities.
3. Fossil-fuel generation paired with carbon-capture lifelines just to keep Big Tech online.
Why is a massive Big Tech subsidy being marketed to Canadians as household consumer relief? Stop gambling with our retirement growth.
That is all.
🚨 BREAKING
Canada’s Finance Minister paid $12,168 for an outside contractor to write his budget speech.
Canada’s Finance Minister has:
-A press secretary
-A communications director
-A communications manager
-4 communications officers
-5 communications advisors
-4 correspondence strategists
-4 correspondence analysts
And an actual employee with the job title “Legislative Speech Writer.”
23 people!
$2 million in salaries
He still paid $12,000 to an outside contractor to write his budget speech.
The Canadian Taxpayer Federation correctly pointed out that Winston Churchill wrote his own speeches while fighting the Nazis.
Champagne couldn’t write one while running a $67 billion deficit.
$200 per minute.
While Canada borrowed $7.6 million during the hour it took to deliver it.
Whenever I hear this guy speak, it makes me shudder inside.
He is lying to Canadians. Net Zero is a path to compliance & servitude.
We have been promised lower energy bills for over a decade yet they have only gone up.
He is satisfying an agenda that will see Canadians merely surviving, not living.
Canadians need to wake up.
If anyone out there has a Time Machine….can you send me back to a time where people weren’t this painfully stupid and weak minded to let the news media run their lives.
Thank you in advance 😂

CARNEY just gave $13 MILLION to the AFRICA Warehousing Facility, based in Luxembourg 👀
GET THIS, Kuramo Capital is the manager of the facility with very close ties to OBAMA, & SOROS has funded 2X Ignite Africa 👀
And last week, SOROS, Obama & Carney were together in Toronto
CTV: I wonder what’s causing all the children to have to heart attacks?

Delivery and uber drivers protest wages
bro its because these jobs were meant for 20 year olds to pay for school
not 45 year olds to pay their mortgage.
In 1990, it was TEENS who delivered the pizzas to pay for their FIRST CAR.
You won’t believe this.
Or the plot twist.
Check out what Trump wants to do to America:
-He wants to search YOUR mail, without a warrant
-He wants to give his inner circle the power to pardon anyone for any violation that isn't criminal
-He wants to turn off all cameras from the public, for any investigations conducted by the other party-
-HE WANTS TO HIDE THINGS FROM THE PUBLIC
-He's freezing out journalists who ask tough questions
-Through negotiations, he was able to secure power to pass ANY law he wants
-He cutting backroom deals with foreign governments and hiding those details from public scrutiny
-He appointed a close friend to be an ambassador
-His close friend, got $2 billion of taxpayer dollars as a loan to grow his company
-He appointed a close friend's spouse to a senior government role
Here's the surprise.
Everything I just listed.
That's not Donald Trump.
It's Mark Carney.
Right here.
In Canada.
For eleven years now, Canadians have been the shock absorbers for Liberal failure. When bad policy drove up costs, crushed investment, and made housing, food, and energy less affordable, it was not the political class that took the hit. It was ordinary people. Mark Carney now stepped in as if he were the answer, but he has spent years close enough to Liberal power to bless and advise the same mindset that helped get Canada into this mess.
Wealthy men like Carney do not live inside the consequences of their own errors. They do not lie awake over grocery bills, mortgage renewals, payroll, or whether the truck needs repairs this month. Regular Canadians do. That is the real divide in this country now: not left versus right, but insulated elites versus the people forced to pay for elite stupidity.
How do I know that the climate *crisis* is a scam? Here are five reasons:
1️⃣ None of the politicians, celebrities, or “scientists” yammering about it have altered their lifestyles an inch. If they opted to forgo using O&G products, then I’d take them seriously. Actions speak louder than words.
2️⃣ Climate conferences aren’t being held virtually on Zoom using their large meeting extensions. It’s doable, they just choose not to. They like to fly overseas to lecture us about reducing our “carbon footprint” all the while they do nothing to lower their own.
3️⃣ Wealthier alarmists are still living on or buying oceanfront property. If ocean levels were really rising at a catastrophic rate (as opposed to the gradual increase that is actually occurring), then they would move inland and banks would not approve loans.
4️⃣ Alarmists rarely, if ever criticize China and India, and they always come up with all sorts of wonderful excuses as to why those nations get a free pass to continue emitting so-called “carbon pollution.”
5️⃣ The only solutions they offer involve increased governmental power. Higher taxes. EV mandates. Restrictions or bans on the energy sectors they don’t like.
And, as an added bonus, no real-world data proves, much less suggests that we are facing an “existential crisis.” Even the IPCC doesn’t use such rhetoric because it isn’t based on science.
I don’t deny that climate change exists.
It always has. And, I don’t even deny that at least some of the increase in temperatures is anthropogenic.
But I just don’t care because it isn’t that big of a deal.
Extreme weather cannot be taxed away. Our vulnerability will continue to increase so long as we build in disaster-prone areas.
Politicians cannot take our wallets and set a thermostat on the planet.
Our Prime Minister is about to put an end to the greatest Free Trade Agreement in the World, and he's convinced you that it's not his fault.
If you couldn't see that by his message today then I don't know what else to tell you,
other than you're in a Cult.
GOLDSTEIN: Climate hysteria wasted our money, failed to reduce need for fossil fuels
Canada is a case study in the failed and ruinously expensive global attempt to avoid what we’re inaccurately told is the 'existential' threat of climate change https://t.co/ZHGTeBwTDS
This is Nancy Lefrançois and her 11-year-old son Loïc. They are dead now.
They are dead because Baljeet Singh, who was driving a semi, was so engrossed in playing an online game on his cell phone that he didn't notice that the traffic ahead of him was stopped for road work.
Singh mowed down 7 vehicles with his truck. 10 victims other than Nancy and Loïc miraculously survived, but were badly injured.
After Singh was treated for shock, he fled the country and went on the lam. For years.
Nancy's husband Benoit was unable to attend her funeral because he was in a coma for 3 weeks with serious injuries.
The other child in their vehicle suffered injuries to his spine, internal bleeding, a broken nose, and facial injuries requiring plastic surgery.
Singh was eventually caught by US authorities and returned to Canada.
Singh is now expressing deep regret. Which seems self-serving and convenient because he had a plethora of violations prior to this catastrophic event, suggesting a pattern of reckless disregard for the lives and safety of others.
According to CTV News reporter, Joe Lofaro, "A review of the truck’s dash camera showed that he committed more than 40 traffic violations during his last three trips and repeatedly used his cellphone while driving, weaved between lanes, and failed to take his mandatory rest periods, leading him to exceed the number of permitted driving hours."
I am tired of writing about the avoidable slaughter of Canadians on our roads.
Accidents are an unavoidable reality of driving. Well-meaning people sometimes make unintentional and catastrophic errors that end in tragedy. We all know and accept this.
But these events aren't accidents. These are deaths caused by wanton recklessness. The drivers in these cases consciously disregard known risks and as a consequence, people die who would otherwise not.
11-year-old boys die. Little girls die. Moms and Dads die. Grandparents die. Lives are shattered. Innocents have catastrophic injuries that forever change their futures.
None of it needs to happen. It's all a choice.
Canadians will keep getting slaughtered on our roads if we don't stop mass-importing third worlders to drive semis.
Only about 18% of Indians have a driver's license. India has over 150,000 road deaths per year.
It is fantastical to believe that people born and raised in places where driving is unusual and recklessness on the roads is the norm will all be cultural outliers.
It is pure ignorance to deny that, even for the outliers who do value safety and competence, skills like driving in snow and ice are easily acquired.
Canadian driving skills are first learned through observation and experience in a small vehicle. They are not easily acquired by adult foreigners behind the wheel of a semi.
It is akin to organised crime to allow companies to bring these drivers in, and it is suicidal not to shut the companies down and deport the offenders when they slaughter Canadians on the road.
Elbows Up policies get Canadians killed. The willful blindness of Canadians who refuse to tell the truth and the clinging to bromides about diversity being a strength are destroying Canada.
