We are living in a country where people are forced to pay 31.2% Income Tax and 5% to 28% GST just to fund salaries of brainless Ministry of @EduMinOfIndia ministers and employees who canβt even conduct national exams like NEET properly. Absolute shameful situation and complete failure of accountability.
Resign immediately, @dpradhanbjp , if you really feel even 1% responsible for this mess.
My Budget Wishlist:
1. Reduce petrol and diesel prices by Rs 5.
2. Reduce LTCG tax to 10%.
3. Reduce STCG tax to 15%.
4. No income tax up to Rs 10 lakhs.
5. No LTCG for SIP investments up to Rs 25000 per month, if SIP is continued for minimum of 3 years.
(This is the best idea to stabilise the markets)
6. Make indexation benefit as optional, either 12.5% tax without indexation or 20% with indexation.
7. No LTCG for first Rs 5 lakhs of profit.
8. No STCG tax for first Rs 1 lakh.
