Respectfully, the attempt to draw a parallel between both situations does not hold.
The "occultic agent" comment was made during an open conversation among housemates about Bells' repeated wins in the House, It was a casual remark within that context, and certainly not the same as repeatedly attaching a personal label to someone's sexuality and presenting it to other housemates as an assumption about who they are. Bells was also a participant in the same environment and could have heard the conversation herself.
Calling the latter "defamation of character" is therefore an inappropriate use of the term.
We would encourage you to choose your words carefully, particularly when making a serious allegation such as defamation.
It is clear that you are trying to defend your client, and that is understandable. However, defending Bells does not require creating a false equivalence between the two situations.
What your client did and what Aikou said are materially different in context and nature, and presenting them as though they are the same does neither situation justice.
Aikuo the genius 👏🏾👏🏾he helped Araga to open his box 🧳 👏🏾

Repeatedly attaching a personal label to someone without evidence can cause real harm.
Bells, you have repeatedly told other housemates that Aikou is GAY, despite having no evidence or basis for making such a claim.
This has happened more than once, and the fact that it continues to be repeated makes it even more concerning.
Aikou’s friendships, the letters he writes to people he cares about, or the way he expresses affection do not give anyone, not even you, the right to determine or publicly declare his sexuality. These are personal assumptions, not facts, and they should not be presented to others as though they are.
@BellsImoh , @Ricky_jumbo , you both are entitled to your opinions, but you are not entitled to define someone else’s identity for them or repeatedly spread an unverified claim about it.
Respect people’s boundaries and allow them to define themselves. Repeatedly making and spreading personal claims about someone can have serious consequences and cause genuine harm.
THIS IS DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER

@Jojo_doings@susumonroe Jojo, you’re a nitwit with too much confidence and too little sense. 😂 Your fave was kicked out like a thief, Oya, go and vote Aikou and redirect this misplaced aggression. At this point, Twitter is doing more for you than you’re doing for yourself. 😂
@Jojo_doings@susumonroe coming from a numbskull and nitwit 😂 The only thing keeping you relevant is Twitter. Outside this app, what exactly is happening for you? Your bank account is probably allergic to incoming money, gtf out of here and go do what poor people like you do 😂
