You may have noticed that some of our Ekuru pictures are packaged with banana leaves while others are in pouches.

For now, we’ve had to stick to pouch because orders have gotten much bigger, and honestly, getting enough banana leaves to cover hundreds of Ekuru at a time isn’t practical. The market I use, moimoi leaves are also only available on certain market days and using leaves even makes production slower.

So, for the time being, we’ve resorted to pouches.

Our measurements have not changed. Banana leaves naturally spread and flatten the Ekuru, which can make the same measured quantity look wider and bigger.
While pouches makes Ekuru more compact, so it may look smaller compared to the leaf-packaged ones, even though it’s the same measurement.

There’s no cheating here. If there’s one thing I stand for, it’s transparency. 🤍

These are people’s children; their parents spent years of hard work training them in university. 💔🤯

Hello everyone, please, I urgently need your help and attention. My sister and other NYSC corps members who left Bayelsa State yesterday were attacked along the Kogi Express Road. Sadly, the driver was killed, and the corps members were reportedly taken into the forest.

Up until now, we have not heard from them, and the family is deeply worried and devastated. We have contacted the police, but unfortunately, we have not received any positive feedback yet.

Please, I am appealing to the NYSC, the Federal Government, security agencies, and everyone who can help to urgently intervene and do everything possible to rescue them safely.

Please, we don’t want anything to happen to our loved ones. . They are someone’s children, siblings and loved ones. Their lives matter.

Please help us amplify this message and tag the relevant authorities. We are begging for urgent action before it is too late.

Now at the dialysis center within the premises of LASUTH, there’s only one machine working and a patient is currently using it.
