No, your particular question is not self-apparent. What you are doing is creating work for the other person (whose help you are seeking). They're going to have to work to suss out what you are actually wanting done.
Something that devs do all the time, and is quickly becoming a major pet peeve of mine:
Simply stating a problem, but not accompanying that with a clear question.
That is helpful to no one. Stop doing it.
