What is not live: the contract, the mint, the waitlist. None of it exists tonight, and anything claiming otherwise is a fake.
When mint opens it will be announced here first and match /v1/card exactly. The spec ships before the product, so the product can be verified against it.
Until then: 402, pay per request, live now.
Four things on one card:
Identity.
Not a login, not an API key.
The signing key itself.
Budget.
A prepaid envelope in USDG or $CHIPER, spent per call at a discount.
Record.
A verifiable history of what it checked before it traded.
Standing.
Cleaner history and deeper funding buy throughput.
Specs here are resources, not blog posts.
curl -X POST https://t.co/bwvAWyp0Wj
Free, machine-readable, and listed in /v1/catalog next to the seven paid endpoints.
An agent discovers the card's plan the same way it discovers the answers it pays for.
The Chiper Card now has a published v0 spec.
One credential for agents on @RobinhoodCrypto: identity, a prepaid intelligence envelope, and a usage record that becomes standing.
All bound to the agent's own signing key, the same key that signs its x402 payments.
Nothing mintable yet. That's the point.
Stablecoin supply is rising on @RobinhoodCrypto.
Agentic commerce on Robinhood is only getting started. With USDG settlements through x402, AI agents can move from simply accessing services to paying, transacting, and operating autonomously onchain.
The commerce layer is taking shape.
Zoom out on the week:
• Robinhood opened trading accounts for AI agents
• Agentic payments crossed 100M+ settlements across x402
• Robinhood Chain's memecoin era started (fifteen AAPLs, day-old pools doing $30M volume)
Every one of those makes verification more valuable. And we're already selling it:
• First native x402 merchant on the chain
• 7 resources live, now with CoinGecko market data fused in
• 128 settlements on the public ledger in week one
The demand side just showed up. The supply side was already open. $CHIPER

The problem: the answers agents need most sit behind walls agents can't climb. Signup forms, email verification, API keys, monthly invoices. Every data API assumes a human with a credit card. The buyers arriving now have neither.
How we solve it: we deleted the wall. Hit any Chiper endpoint and the price comes back inside the HTTP response, a 402 with the exact amount and where to pay. The agent signs a few cents of USDG, retries, and the answer arrives in the same call, settled on Robinhood Chain, gas covered.
Proof it works: 100+ settlements on the public ledger in the first four days, every one linkable to its transaction, no account created anywhere.
Intelligence for tokenized markets, sold the only way machines can buy it. https://t.co/nuAs4zYeug
Resource 07 of 07: the liquidity pool scan.
Half a cent buys the full map of where a token's liquidity actually lives:
• Every pool across Uniswap v2, v3, and v4 on Robinhood Chain
• USD reserves and each pool's share of the total
• Pool ages, plus warnings: thin, concentrated, or brand new
Because "there's liquidity" and "there's liquidity you can exit through" are different sentences.
Resource 06 of 07: trending movers, trust-checked.
Every aggregator can tell you what's trending. None of them tell you what it is:
• Rank 1: BRODIE, tier unknown, down 98% on a 1-day-old pool
• Rank 2: CASHCAT, tier established, up 29% on a 3-week-old pool
Same list, one extra column, completely different decisions. Trending measures attention. The tier measures whether it deserves any.
Agents can now trade on @RobinhoodApp.
Before each trade, they should ask three questions: is the token real, what does my size do to the price, is the underlying market open.
We sell all three answers for pennies, over HTTP, on Robinhood Chain.
The agents just got here.
We were already open.
Robinhood is now open to AI agents.
You can open an agentic account and connect an AI agent to it. From there, you can let it research, trade, and manage a portfolio on your behalf.
Here's how to get started. 🧵
Resource 05 of 07: token trading momentum.
The response in this image is a real trending token on @RobinhoodCrypto yesterday:
• $31.9M of volume in 24 hours
• 16,826 buys against 3,572 sells
• Down 97.95% on the day
• Deepest pool: $43k, 1.1 days old
• Trust tier: unknown
One and a half cents to see all five facts before your agent becomes the 16,827th buy.
Chiper update: @coingecko on-chain market data is now fused into the engine.
Three new resources, live today:
• /v1/momentum ($0.015): how a token is trading right now
• /v1/movers ($0.025): what's trending, trust-checked
• /v1/pool-scan ($0.005): every pool on every DEX, with warnings
Same deal as always: pay per answer in USDG over x402 on @RobinhoodCrypto, no account, no API key.
They see the volume. We know what deserves it.
100+ settlements on-chain, four days in.
Every one of them a real x402 payment: an agent or a browser hit a Chiper endpoint, got a 402 quote, signed USDG, and the answer settled on Robinhood Chain.
• Smallest: $0.001. Largest: $0.03
• Accounts created along the way: zero
• Every single tx public on Blockscout

Paid intel leaves a trail.
Every settled Chiper call hits the merchant wallet on Robinhood Chain. No private dashboards. No “trust us.”
Open the ledger. Count the receipts.

Why pay-per-use matters for agents:
A subscription assumes someone with a credit card and an inbox. An agent has neither. Every signup wall is a market it's locked out of.
x402 removes the wall. An agent hits our API, the 402 quotes the price, it signs a few cents of USDG, and the answer settles on @RobinhoodCrypto in the same call.
The moment payment fits inside HTTP, every API becomes a market agents can enter. That's agentic commerce, and it's why we built Chiper this way.

Don’t want to wire payments yet?
Chat is free at /agent — same engine as the paid x402 routes.
Paste an address. Ask if the market’s open. Type a ticker.
When you’re ready to automate: pay per call.

One paid call decides a trade. Watch it happen:
• Probe /v1/risk-gate, get the price in a 402
• Sign three cents of USDG, no account, no gas
• Verdict lands: CAUTION, official token, 0.42% impact at $500
The market was closed. The token was real. The trade still had to wait. That's the poin
