Learn the systems you are building. Not just through modeling spit out by a program, but every facet of the operation. I learned it through disassembling that math that drives it. This is an excellent example.

@zanehengsperger Buy one of these for the guys. Hot plates work but this is the way to go. This sends heating throughout the bearing with electromagnetism.
@MatthewChang@datarade Back and forth nonsense due to "rework" usually tied to shipping, then the middleman penalizes you for it and you eat the cost. Happens a lot
