If you need to be up by 5 am you’re going to need to eat dinner and get to bed earlier to be your most energized self! Especially in the days leading up to games or big tests/events.
5 am wake-up routine:
-Finish work & activity no later than 6 pm
-Finish eating dinner & calories by 630 pm
-No screens or TV after 745 pm
-Bed by 9pm to get quality 7-8 hr
