A lot of players get overlooked because they don't look ready at 16 or 17 years old.

The best recruiters aren't just evaluating today's player.

They're evaluating future growth, development, and projection.

Some of the best college players I've coached weren't the most polished in high school.

Development has always mattered more than hype.
