Buy shoes @ZARA and they will bill you the product like a street vendor shop. @ZARA_Care Even after asking for it store manager conveniently ignored it and the really drama started. Does a normal shoe carton cost so much for @ZARA?

As a customer we are paying huge money and it's a very basic thing to provide. They make us feel like buying shoes from street vendor.
