The delivery guy Ajit Maurya called me earlier to confirm if the order was prepaid as his account balance was full. I informed it’s prepaid and my order was never delivered. No response from chat support as well.Pathetic service. Why do guys hire such people? @zomato @zomatocare

I called them to cancel my credit card and I think they are in no mood to do that. I want my card cancelled now. Why is it so difficult to get credit card cancelled?? @StanChartIN

@StanChartIN I using the SC card since 2017. My limit is 10K. I mean what you can get in 10K these days. This card is an obligation for me. I have 2 cards with limit of 1 lakh and above. I want my credit limit to be increased around 1 lakh or cancelled . 6 years is long time.
