@WaltDisneyWorld Apparently when you wait 6 hours for disability services, then the system boots you while FINALLY chatting with a Cast Member, the customer service response is, “That’s unfortunate for you.”
Never have I received worse service.

@AlaskaAir 7 of 10 premium rows still have the extra empty seat. My family got squeezed and now we don’t have the extra space we paid for on an overnight flight. Make this right Alaska.
