small work dump for context:
at the B2C conversational AI startup, did some scratchpad engineering, basically added custom instructions / branches to the scratchpad.
kind of felt like giving agents.md to a conversational agent.
ended up improving P1 → P2 conversion from 5% to 8-10% in a single month.
Sei YC’22 TLDR: worked across voice AI, AI Chatbots, text-to-SQL pipeline, LiveKit/Asterisk telephony, SAML SSO, Zendesk ingestion, report services, and Redis/Lua based LLM routing.
