People don't know the importance of health insurance. Healthcare is very expensive in Nigeria.

By the time you pay ₦650k for C/S, pay for blood, and other things excluding feeding you go understand because your HMO can pay ₦500k for same procedure all-inclusive.

You can't expect to pay ₦5 for Bluecut-Photochromic lens plus frame or for Crizal Prevencia.

Your choice = amount to pay.

@aproko_doctor HMO coverage is very very good. I've worked as a HMO Officer for 10 years and the thing most enrollees don't understand is that their plan types determine what they get.

If your plan doesn't cover chronic medication, it's between you & your company, not the HMO or the hospital
