@cdcole55 He wasn't voted in to the All-Star game that doesn't mean he shouldn't be an All-Star. Colson Montgomery should be an All-Star and he wasn't either. No White Sox player made it past the first round which means not enough Sox fans voted to send our guys to the All-Star Game.

@cdcole55 Davis was 21 when he was drafted just like the Number 1 pick in the draft today. Davis is only in his 4th major league season. 2022 he pitched in 14 games. 2024 11, 2025 26, this year he has already been in 18 going into the All-Star break.

@cdcole55 No reason Davis Martin can’t be a future hall of famer. He was very dominant to start the season he is pitching well despite some tough starts in his last few games. He was in the CY Young conversation early this season.

@KenWo4LiFe Where did he screw up the Luis Robert trade money? Also Murakami came back there was no where for Jacob Gonzalez to play. He didn’t play outfield. Vargas, Murakami, Peters are all All-Stars. Murakami is also in the HR Derby as well.

@cdcole55 Justin Verlander is hurt but he is 43 and now retiring at the end of this season. Greg Maddux was 42 when he retired. Randy Johnson was 45 when he retired. Meaning Davis Martin will continue to get better.
