When I first booked my flight on @SpiritAirlines I expected the service to be bad. It's cheap. But somehow they were even worse than I'd thought. Don't know how you did it. But you somehow made did worse than my already trash predisposition. Way to go

@Delta the customer service (or severe lack thereof) that your provide your paying customers is ridiculous. Requiring a 7 month pregnant woman deal with the hoops you require should be illegal. Don't sell tickets you have no intention of honoring.
