- minimum btc as collateral ( between 25% -90%) of the TOTAL mortgage.
- if 25% of btc collateral - loan Apr fed rate* 0.75 + 1% till repayment. Also, loan issuer takes 75% of upside and 75% of downside risk.

@benkellyone Where do you actually find someone that sells a business making 400k/yr for 1m?!!! That’s a 2.5x multiplier…the real market is usually a 10x multiplier. So a 400k/yr profit business owner is usually expecting 4m for it!
