After upgrading from Pro to Max, I used 49,000 credits (10,000 subscription+39,000 bonus). Today I was supposed to reload 10,000 credits for a new month... Instead I'm -39,000 credits. Absolutely ridiculous... Please resolve this for me bc the support bot can't
