@Adani_Elec_Mum If further extorting the money in the name of lab testing is your motto, pls acknowledge it explicitly. Also, it is hard to trust the standards followed for lab test given the recent experience, still insist you to proceed & at least replace this meter. @jagograhakjago pls help

The inspection report sent by your team is not satisfactory. In fact, your L2 agent said the meter was running when there was no electricity in my building today
@Adani_Elec_Mum Your service team doesn’t empathise with the customer pain points as I witnessed firsthand. Hope you could understand the gravity of this fraudulent billing (at least for last 3 cycles), & expedite the resolution process to put an end to this mental harassment.
@Adani_Elec_Mum 2. Please also explain why did your technician didn’t contact me when they came for an inspection? Isn’t it fare to carry out the inspections with transparency? This further puts the quality of paid lab testing under question. I know 350/- + GST is nominal charge, but why needed?
@Adani_Elec_Mum 1. Nobody was at my home from 26Oct to 30Nov. Still the meter reading increased from 9020 (starting point for Nov’24) to 9548 on 01Dec. Pls justify the 528 units billed when I was at home only for 1 wk (20Oct to 25Oct) for last billing cycle & no appliances running in my absence?

@Adani_Elec_Mum 2) They closed the ticket & informed me the same when reached out to L2 support yesterday. They have made a false list of appliances (obvious since they didn’t even visit my place) & now asking me book for a lab test? Please tell me is this the best resolution standards you offer

My 2 simple qs are: 1) why didn’t they inform me when they were in my building? Isn’t it fare to showcase the testing, as I found the meter running with MCB off.

@Adani_Elec_Mum batti gul meter chalu? My meter is running by 0.5 to 1 units per hour even with the MCB off. Can you explain why? Unable to get any resolution from your help desk.
