It is not about getting refund, I have been a @firstcryindia customer for years and suddenly all my parcels are going to Varanasi and I need clothing for my daughter.
Nothing has been resolved till now even after complaining number of times.

Mahindra at its worst. No service at all, people are standing in hundreds for servicing of their cars but they aren’t responding even after 4-5 days.
