Have been unable to register a UCC complaint for received Scam call (ironically, purporting from TRAI) - neither from Vi App, nor from MyVi website nor from 1909 SMS

Slow day and already received 2x scam calls from @FedExIndia for the “parcel stuck at customs” ruse & 1x scam call from @TRAI citing “mobile disconnection” 🤦🏻‍♂️

Reported both to VI, hope they ban/block these scammy numbers.

To add context: multiple field engineers from VI have visited our society and used their ��tools” to confirm the signal strength is rubbish inside the building whilst being just OK outside.

Multiple residents have raised this issue with VI but their responses are lackadaisical.

So Vodafone Idea has gone from gentle “we’re working to resolve” messages to passive aggressive “we found it optimal” messages after I’d escalated my Network Coverage complaints after days of non response.
