It’s @GoatFunded using different agents to ask for the same information while avoiding actually resolving the issue. Extremely annoying. I think it is a deliberate attempt on their part not to resolve the issue.
@FlyRwandAir I didn’t know it takes over 5 months to process a simple refund. It shouldn’t take that long, but here I am still waiting for them to refund me my money.
So I had a business class ticket on @FlyRwandAir to Rwanda in May this year (2025). Few days to the departure date @FlyRwandAir sent a mail saying my ticket from Lagos to Rwanda has been downgraded to economy due to operational reasons and offered me a business class ticket
to another destination in Africa. I turned it down and asked for a refund of the difference in price, which they agreed to. They sent a mail communicating what the refund amount will be and asked for my account number. My good people it’s been 5 months now and I’m still waiting.
@fkeyamo It would be nice to come back into the country and know that there’s a working wifi at the international airport in Lagos. That is a standard experience in most international airports globally.

After days of going at @FOBroadband@FiberOne_help they have refunded me my lost days. Just as I called them out when they hadn’t, I am also putting it out there that they have finally done so even though it took longer than it should.
If you are a @FOBroadband user just pray you don’t have any connection issue, otherwise you will be horribly treated. They’re very quick to remind you of your subscription renewal, but to refund you lost days due to network issue, is a different issue.
The @FiberOne_help is hopeless. They will keep sending you the same scripted mails with zero regard to your real issue. I’d rather continue to pay more for value than renew my subscription with them until I receive my lost days.
3 months and counting and I’m still waiting for @FOBroadband@FiberOne_help to get me connected to internet I paid for. I have never seen a customers service as bad as theirs. Completely horrible, with zero empathy for their customers. Once they take your money that’s the end.
@FOBroadband@FiberOne_help will tell you to expect a call shortly, but I can assure you that you will probably call them again to complain before you get any call. And when you do get that call, it will take days before any other action is taken. Shameful.
