) on HDFC Ergo website / no response from customer support. Currently, policy expired while I have been trying to contact for days now.

@HDFCERGOHealth @HDFCERGOHealth - Its been 3 days and No reply on email and No one is answering for renewal request on customer care. Why is there a difficulty to renew the insurance? - very dissapointed!!! All you have to do is send a renewal link that works for the policy number mentioned

@IndiGo6E - 6E 366/CE8NHC delayed by more than 2 hours departing from Mumbai on 14th which made me miss connecting flight - 2T 623/ QEX2AQ.
Refund claim was denied stating real time delay isn't eligible for claim. Passenger was at boarding gate when delay information released.
