@Airtel_Presence the best careless customer care team

[Raja Ram @chiyanraja]

@Airtel_Presence
Why airtel always delays or literally tortures a customer when a closure request is raised

Why can you be fast as when you get a new business from a customer

[Raja Ram @chiyanraja]

@Airtel_Presence closing of airtel fixed line is not easy, you need to hold on for almost one hour to connect with CC executive and raise after multiple questions. No option in app to raise airtel worst ever customer friendly network

[Raja Ram @chiyanraja]

@Airtel_Presence Per the screenshot it looks like my disconnection request has not been resolved and airtel is planning to generate one another fake bill for non usage

[Raja Ram @chiyanraja]

@Airtel_Presence I am having issue in closing my broadband connection. I raised two tickets to close my airtel Fibre connection I received call I hindi and I asked for English language but still ticket not resolved but closed in system. Why so?

[Raja Ram @chiyanraja]
