Networking Isn’t Just About Jobs It’s About Growth

Most people think networking is only useful for getting a job.

But that’s a small part of it.

The real value of networking is expansion.

You can learn on your own courses, projects, tutorials.
But growth has a limit when you’re isolated.

The right conversations can:

* Shift how you think
* Expose you to new ideas
* Challenge what you thought you knew

That’s the kind of growth you can’t get alone.

When you connect with people, you start to see differently:

* How others approach problems
* New paths you didn’t know existed
* What’s actually possible for you

And over time, that changes your direction.

It’s also about visibility not for attention, but for confidence.

Sharing your journey helps you:

* Think more clearly
* Speak about your work better
* Grow out loud instead of in silence

Networking isn’t about collecting contacts.
It’s about building relationships that stretch you.

Because at the end of the day,
you don’t just gain opportunities…

I Just completed a Loan Data Analysis project using Power BI!, and this is my first dashboard on PowerBi

📊 Explored:
• Loan demand trends
• Lending & repayment performance
• Risk-based pricing
• Borrower financial health (DTI)
• Good vs Bad loans

💡 Key insight:
Higher DTI + lower credit grades = higher default risk

I will appreciate feedback and corrections
