Our latest paper on the calculation of 2D-IR spectra just appeared in JPCL.

We explore the extended amide III region, and find distinct signatures of alpha-helix and beta-sheet structures.

Our work is a true computational prediction, there are no experiment for 2D-IR of the amide III vibration (as far as we know). We would be excited to see experimentalists following up on our work.
