I think when it comes to my disdain for X-Men 97, I like the idea of introducing new characters.. but you also have to please your core. It’s not a reboot.. it’s a continuation, therefore it’s only natural for people to be looking for those original characters.. and when you take characters like Jean, Cyclops, Storm, Rogue and for the most part, sideline them… it’s… like.. what are we even watching? We got excited for no damn reason at this point.
