@c2c_Rail I’ve passed through the bottom Tower Hill entrance/exit 3 times now and each time tried a few different gates to make sure. All gates saying ticket expired.

@c2c_Rail for the past two days the station gates have said my smartcard tickets have “expired” and I have to find staff. There are only two tickets on my smartcard - 12th & 13th September and I’ve travelled on the exact trains I booked. How can I fix this, please?

@B1967Andrew @richardjarvis76 @NationalHways @DartCharge I just logged in and my card is fine! Just no record of my crossing or payment taken 🤷🏻‍♀️ no longer my problem. I’ve had an account for years I’m not going to use the “pay for crossing without account” option because that’s the reason I set one up!

Been told my password is wrong despite changing it three times and need to cross Saturday morning 😅 all I can think to do is see if the auto payment comes out the next day and if not try the pay for crossing without account option..if that works
