@madebygoogle Google Nest Hub Max & Xiaomi 10 5g lite. I have factory reset and reinstalled all devices & apps. But using my account with Google Home app causes a blank screen. Other accounts work fine. My Nest Hub can no longer be used as is associated with my Google account which is broken.

@madebygoogle Is there a way to unlink a nest device from an account without using Google Home? My account data is corrupt and will not allow use of Google Home

@googlenest @stevemcniven Same issue here. I'm able to use a dummy Google account to create a new home but not from my original Google account. Spent a long time with support but they don't have access to remove the corrupted data.
