I am simply advising others on OUR SIDE, STRANGER, that this particular image has argumentative flaws. Gosh lol

I am saying I just tried to use this graphic on a hesitant loved one to convince them to get vaccinated and they shot it down. This image is not the most debate proof explanation. That is all I’m saying.

@hobbylobbyhater @GalenW15 @aplus_32 @QuanDBtalk However the chart shows that the approval process for emergency use vaccines is still just applying for emergency authorization to distribute, vs with a normal vaccine the approval step means getting licensed as safe by the fda. Unfortunately isn’t as convincing as I hoped.

@hobbylobbyhater @GalenW15 @aplus_32 @QuanDBtalk Honestly I’m not trying to argue, I got the vaccine and am encouraging others to get it but I just looked at this and evaluated it as someone concerned about the safety of the vaccine would, and it doesn’t really say what it seems like it says.

@hobbylobbyhater @GalenW15 @aplus_32 @QuanDBtalk I only say this because I sent it to a hesitant (due to fda emergency auth.)friend to try to convince them and then I looked at it closer and the big words make it seem like the only difference is production occurring during testing, but still approved before distribution.

@Super_MarioY I’m simply chiming in to make the tiny point that just because the amount paid per employee per year is minuscule compared to unemployment benefits collected by 1 person in a year, doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be used or that it’s mooching. UI works as all insurance works

People earn their “right” to use unemployment by working and therefore contributing to a pool of money. Who bears the burden of cost at time of remittance doesn’t affect that point
