@currys have given me a potentially lethal product, turned up after 7 hours on phone calls, to pick it up, was meant to deliver a new one, nothing. Now waiting on a refund that apparently was processed but hasn’t been processed whatsoever. Back on the phone for another two hours.

@currys have left me with a fridge leaking gas for over a week due a new one today after spending over 6 hours on phone calls, a guy arrived took old one no sign of new one, no refund.
