One thing that 1D's management didn't know about was giving their boys a break.

If someone got sick and had problems with their voice, the solution for them wasn't to cancel the concert, but to use Liam to sing his parts, his vocal range covered almost the entire group, there was always Liam to do the parts of the others

What happened when Liam got sick? They canceled the Belfast concert.

That tells you 2 things

The huge importance that Liam Payne had in 1D. They couldn't do a concert without him, he's basically the musical glue of the group, without him there were just 4 beautiful voices in different directions

The pressure that Liam Payne had while he was in the group, if the others were 100% pressured, Liam's pressure was 200%, and that pressure was reflected in what we already know.

Liam broke his hand, he performed like this, Liam twisted his ankle on stage, he had to endure his pain and sing, Liam's grandfather died and he could only cry while singing in front of thousands of people

And there are still some people who believe that there could be a 1D reunion without Liam
