@JackWills what on earth is going on with my order. Was suppose to be delivered Monday 7pm-8pm, had no correspondence never turned up. Nothing Tuesday and Wednesday. Now says it will be delivered next Wednesday 26th!

@CenterParcsUK how long does it take for a serious complaint to be dealt with? We were told to complain in writing when we got home, which we’ve done and then had a reply ‘because we left the village’ it would be dealt with by customer care. Which I don’t feel is fair.

@NewLookHelp So I’ve just done a 20 mile round trip to return a item and waited over 25 mins in Chippenham for your store to still be closed. When it quite clearly states online it’s open at 10am.

@LloydsPharmacy what on earth is going on in one of your stores in Chippenham? I’ve had my mum without medication twice in a few weeks. The attitude of the staff is shocking.
