@SF_England I got my birth certificate back this morning but I haven't got my deed poll. I had the same problem in 2020. I sent the original and never got it back. Why does this keep happening?

hey, just a psa, if somebody starts starving themselves, bingeing, purging, etc, and they decide to try recovering within a year, that doesn't mean that they were somehow never sick to begin with?? no healthy, non-disordered person would put themselves through hell like that

@SF_England I've had a student loan before and put an app in for another but I need to provide birth cert. Thats all. Can the birth cert & deed poll I sent for the first not be used to authorise my app instead of sending the same docs again?

@YodelOnline when will the collection codes be up and running again? My collect plus only holds items for a week and it's been there a few days now. I've DM'd you.

@ASOS my parcel is ready to collect at the store but I don't have a collection code from yodel to be able to collect it. I don't understand how we're supposed to get our orders.

@PetsatHome what courier do you use for your home orders? I need to do a large order but worried it won't arrive if it comes with yodel as I need the food.

@JulieBradshaw15 @YodelOnline I've just had this same issue! My parcel is at the collect plus but no collection code so he wouldn't let me take it. How are you meant to collect them then??
