@tylersue0 @EnglandNetball My dad was in hospital with covid last April, pretty much knocking on deaths door, thankfully he pulled out the other side but I was stuck in notts while he was in London so know how you feel. Hope you and your mum are okay ❤️

So nobody laugh but I’ve started couch 2 5k again…. And first one I was surprised at just how I was able to maintain a good solid pace! Just wanted something nice to get me back into running and that certainly helps!

How hard have you found participant recruitment. It’s the only thing putting me off doing a project dissertation but am scared I can’t get the participants if I pick a project one!

@traceynev @SkyNetball short pass rule had changed to just allow a hand not a defender. There has to be enough room for a hand to intercept rather than room for a defender

The government drops that announcement... I get that. But where was the heads up to the uni’s and us poor clearing advisors and trying to weather the storm... as we/uni are getting no advice from the government whatsoever

So since being diagnosed with severe asthma in October, I’ve been in and out of hospital respiratory units, resus and everywhere in between at least once a month. Today I ran for the first time and felt completely fine. I broke down at the end... crying because it was big for me

Not many documentaries make me feel this way... but #netflix #athleteA has made me so angry, and so upset at the huge failings of the USA Gymnastic systems... all I can say is I hope organisations watch that and use it as a warning to change their ways now.

#athletea is eye opening to the USA Gymnastics failures. But also to some of the Media’s portrayal of the Karolyi’s and the image surrounding the training camp... @MagsGotSwag12 I can’t commend your bravery ❤️
