@USCasual @netflix @bridgerton The races of the non-white characters in the show definitely could have been present in Regency England, they just wouldn’t have been able to be in the same positions of power. Not everyone in England was white, so the only reason the royals were white is racism.

Why is it an issue to allow POC to take part in beautiful historical dramas that they’ve always been excluded from?
