@ZirconnGreen Gerson de Melo Machado, 19 years old, had schizophrenia and faced severe psychiatric disorders that were not being adequately treated. His family and the guardian counselor said the act stemmed from a psychotic episode and a loss of awareness. A tragic situation, unfortunately.

Let’s be clear. NOVA is the CAPITAL of data centers and VA is home to 600+ (far exceeding other states). It’s time to make them pay their fair share. They also need to be held accountable to the cumulative health impacts on the environment. This can’t wait.

Let me be clear. There will not be a budget with Glenn Youngkin’s Data Center tax breaks in it. Glenn drove up YOUR utility bills to give tax breaks to data centers. Strong as battleship steel, I will fight for affordability for the people and encourage Gov Spanberger to join me.

Salary history should not determine future pay when you are fully qualified for a job.
After working on it for 10 years, my bill SB215 ensures fair pay by prohibiting employers from asking job applicants their salary history, requiring salary ranges to be posted in job listings.
