@British_Airways Silver member of many years, appalled I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks for a response to a complaint. Unacceptable issues on 5 out of 6 business class flights I have taken since March, and I can’t speak to anyone on a phone without getting fobbed off. Disgrace.

@l3ahpar @HassCFC @TheChelseaForum I have it on very good authority from a top physio who went in there for a day or two that it is horrendously sub par for a Premier League team & there are now a complete lack of appropriate specialists for football-related injuries. Treatment plans also crap and timelines off!
