One of the best and most used functionalities is asking questions anonymously and making your question only available to staff/TA. You can ask anything, even if you think it’s dumb, and no one will be able to judge you bc they don’t know it’s you.

I’ve been taking CS classes at Cal. Everything is online and so far it’s been one of the best learning experiences I’ve had. No pressure to socialize. No need to rush to buildings. And no one judges you by your look or accent bc you can write your questions down.

We get lab content on websites, pull code from github, jump on zoom, post questions on a stackoverflow-like website, take exams/submit work on gradescope. Whoever designed this flow has really made it a seamless process.
