I had a horrible experience with Apple Support and the service centre yesterday. They were going to replace phone's battery for free since the kind of degradation of battery is not normal. 1/n

2 days still no resolution, your customer support only knows how to talk and have not ability to listen customer at all. Worst ever service!! I will file grievance and raise this in consumer court.

@skiy7@Apple@AppleSupport No sir, they were ready to do it for free at first. Only refused after this tiny scratch. Doesnโt even make sense unless you are replacing the phone
@SyedShoaib7895@Apple@AppleSupport I have seen and thatโs why I asking them to replace but service center people are refusing because of this scratch, itโs not like they replacing the phone or anything.
@Apple@AppleSupport Very nonsensical policy, to not replace battery because of this tiny scratch. It is not even logical that if this scratch was not there they would have replaced it for free. I mean why??

My swollen battery has now caused my camera, Face ID, and UPI to stop working and my device was even marked as stolen from your end. Extremely disappointed with the lack of support. 3/n
