The Astral realms became a prison cell for souls binded to the visions and dreams of the rootwork

When such people die, their soul becomes tethered to the astral realm becoming lost souls stuck between two worlds and trying to make their way into the otherworlds/ancestral worlds, some as haunting spirits or others as guiding spirits, Same as when witches and warlocks die, their spirits roam the physical and astral realms operating as enforcers or forces of haunting spirits

Many ancestors who are held bounded in the astral realm under the powers of rootwork have been operating as guiding spirits using visions and dreams to bring messages and warnings of past/present/future to the present generation

When the collective of their generation in the physical realms fight to break free from bondage of those rootwork dreams, visions and ways of life, it set their souls free from the astral realms and prove themselves worthy to renter the ancestral realms

@TruSeye From experience playing the game, I'll say they have a good starting lineup but lack bench depth and the stamina for playing a full length match going into extra time. They can start great but unable to finish with the win if playing against an experienced team with more depth
