#TexasTech As I watch Jason Williams cheering and championing the success of his daughter Mia crushing it on the softball field, I'm reminded of a time 30 years ago when I was a TV sportscaster in Clarksburg, WV. Jason's mom lived in our viewing area and would call my sports desk to ask me if I could run a couple of Marshall highlights because she couldn't see her son's games. She was very passionate about needing to see it. I always told her, "whenever you call me, I will run them" and I did. She was beyond proud of her son long before he was dubbed "White Chocolate" and I see that same passion with Jason and his own daughter. Congrats JW @barstoolsports

🇫🇷 CAOS EN FRANCIA TRAS LA VICTORIA DEL PSG

Estas imágenes muestran la destrucción registrada en Francia después de que las celebraciones por el triunfo del PSG en la Champions League terminaran en disturbios, incendios, enfrentamientos con la policía y daños a vehículos, comercios y mobiliario urbano.
Según reportes internacionales, las autoridades desplegaron miles de policías porque ya esperaban posibles incidentes. Aun así, grupos violentos aprovecharon la multitud para provocar caos: lanzaron fuegos artificiales contra agentes, incendiaron objetos en la vía pública y causaron destrozos en varias zonas.

El problema no fue el fútbol. La mayoría salió a celebrar. El problema fue esa minoría violenta que convirtió una fiesta deportiva en una noche de destrucción.
Francia vuelve a quedar bajo presión por una pregunta incómoda: ¿cómo una celebración termina pareciéndose a una zona de guerra?
